10:00 am - 11:00 am Private Sound Bath Meditation

11:15 am - 12:45 pm Synergy Room Energy Spa - a 90 minute energy circuit featuring vibe plate exerciser, massage chair, red light therapy, crystal healing biomat, chi machine, & infrared sauna

1:00 pm - 2:15 pm Mineral Float Spa - 60 minutes of floating weightless and suspended outside of time & space for very deep relaxation

2:15 pm - 4:00 pm Energy Enhancement System (EE System) session to boost cellular recharge... along with Sound Massage to relieve muscular tension & restore emotional balance

Also, the space is small and most of the equipment is designed for bodies up to about 250 pounds and/or under about 6 ft 2 in tall. Any bodies that are much larger or taller might not feel comfortable in this room and/or with this equipment.
