SOUND ESCAPE SPA at Namaste Andalusia
3 HOURS • An incredibly relaxing spa facilitated with sound, salt & water
What to Expect
The Sound Escape Spa combines Sound, the source of creation, and Water, the element the body uses to heal itself, to help you escape the stresses of everyday life and return to the version of YOU that sparkles!
Sound bath meditation is easy. We call it "meditation for dummies." This one takes place in our cozy sound healing studio. Simply lie down and focus on your breath, as a concert of specific frequencies and sounds moves you into deeper and deeper relaxation.
The sound waves clear the body's electromagnetic field, helping us typically feel lighter, happier, more grounded and peaceful.
Follow the sound meditation with a One-Hour nervous system reboot in our Mineral Float Spa... a modified shallow hot tub filled with 18 inches of water and 800+ lb of Epsom salt.
Floating weightless in the warm circulating water, with nothing to do but rest & breathe... the only stimulation silence or healing frequencies... the body is able to feel fully supported and let go. Relaxation happens at a cellular level as the scalar charged water, salt and sound penetrate and dissolve long-held tension.
People literally look different afterwards... cleansed, polished and back to their original self... nervous system rebooted, muscles relaxed, peaceful and happy.
The Sound Escape Spa is an incredible experience and only available for a limited time as a day spa retreat!
