What to Expect
The REJUVENATION SPA is an amazing day spa experience that combines our Synergy Room Energy Spa and the Mineral Float Spa for deep relaxation and a lasting afterglow!
Indulge in 3 hours of gentle self-reflection as your body is pampered, stimulated and recharged.
Begin by standing on the Vibe Plate exerciser for 10 minutes. The passive movement of the vibration plate jiggles muscles out of tension and into relaxation, increases circulation and reduces cellulite.
Next, the massage chair stimulates each of the body's meridians, helps improve circulation and reduce tension in the neck and upper back.
Enjoy the warm comfort of Red Light Therapy that reduces inflammation, stimulates collagen, and charges the body's cellular batteries known as mitochondria.
Next, lie on the massage table and enjoy the deep comfort and radiant heat of the Crystal Healing Biomat, proven in clinical studies to increase circulation and reduce inflammation. As you relax on this warm bed of crystals, the Chi Machine shakes out any remaining tension.
Your Synergy Room Energy Spa is completed with a gentle detox in the infrared sauna.
Now that you're deeply relaxed, grounded and peaceful, enter the Mineral Spa Float Tank for an hour of bliss. This modified hot tub offers an easy entry into 18 inches of warm water and 800 lbs. of Epsom salt. This amount of Epsom salt allows your body to float and completely let go. Weightless and free, enjoy silence or specific frequency sound therapy as your body soaks in soothing effects of the magnesium - the missing link to deep cellular relaxation that enhances over 300 physiological processes.
This beautiful combination of movement and light, salt and water is "like a great day at the beach," but available no matter the weather. Experience deep rejuvenation and relaxation... a reboot of your nervous system that helps you shine for days to come.
NOTE: You must shower and shampoo your hair (no conditioner) prior to entering the Mineral Float Spa to remove all dirt and oil from the body. Do not shave prior to entering because the salt will sting. Do not use the Mineral Float Spa during menstruation or if you have open wounds. You must shower again afterwards, conditioner and lotion are recommended.
