THE MAGIC OF SOUND + SEA + DOLPHINS
There is something unforgettable about being surrounded by dolphins in their natural environment!
We will venture by private charter to an uninhabited barrier island within a protected nature preserve, where 7-miles of pristine beaches and crystal-clear Gulf waters create the perfect setting for relaxation, exploration, and connection.

The area is home to a resident population of 700+ wild bottlenose dolphins.

When dolphins approach, many people describe an extraordinary feeling of joy, connection, and what we lovingly call the “bliss buzz.” Whether or not we encounter dolphins up close, the experience of being immersed in their environment can be deeply moving and powerfully uplifting.

We've found that our interactions with dolphins and marine life are enhanced when we arrive feeling grounded, present, open, and energetically coherent. We align our energies prior to arrival so we show up for the dolphins at our highest and are hopefully fun to hang out with!

SOUND HEALING & SPECIFIC FREQUENCIES
Experience sound in a completely different way with our revolutionary Specific Frequency Sound Therapy that speaks the language of the nervous system to balance muscles, nerves, organs, emotions and more in seconds.

We go light-years beyond a simple sound bath meditation and much closer to understanding how dolphins use sound to balance themselves and their environment.

During the retreat, we will explore Healing Frequencies and Quantum Sound Therapy, sound massage, voice analysis, sound bath meditation, and connecting to your own internal biofeedback mechanisms as tools for relaxation, self-awareness, and energetic balance.

Shanda's dolphin connection began unexpectedly during college when the dolphins started visiting her in a surreal dream state. The bliss she felt in their presence in the astral plane was so powerful, it created a pivot in her academic & career path.

Shanda began working as an intuitive animal communicator in 2008 and will offer an Introduction to Intuitive Animal Communication, including practices for developing awareness, listening intuitively, and exploring telepathic connection with animals.

All outdoor activities are weather dependent, and the schedule may shift to make the most of favorable conditions.
If conditions are ideal, we may even offer a sound massage on the water, with guests relaxing on paddleboards while surrounded by the beauty and energy of the Gulf (& maybe dolphins!).

SHELL ISLAND + THE GULF
One of the highlights of the retreat is our time on Shell Island, a beautiful, undeveloped stretch of barrier island accessible only by boat.

Spend time walking the shoreline, beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling, floating in the warm Gulf water, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying the simple pleasure of having nowhere else to be.
No rushing.
No schedule overload.
Just salt air, sunshine, water, connection, and presence.

MERMAID MUD RITUAL
Indulge in an optional Mermaid Mud Full-Body Mask Ritual and connect to your inner wild.
Apply the mineral-rich mud yourself, relax, rinse, and emerge feeling refreshed, nourished, silky smooth, and glowing.

YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND
Our retreat home is a beautiful modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a fenced backyard, conveniently located between the beach and the marina (exact home may vary depending on the total number of guests).

Sleeping accommodations are available for up to six guests, with a mix of twin, double & king bed accommodations. The intimate setting allows us to create a relaxed, personal experience.

FOOD + DRINKS
We will create the optimal culinary experiences based on the energy, flow and preferences of the group, prioritizing our time on the water, with lunch on the boat or Shell Island a possibility if conditions are favorable.

Meals and drinks are not included.. but we will not go hungry!

We will have opportunities to enjoy local restaurants and meals together, and the house has a full kitchen, and guests are welcome to bring their own food if desired. Publix and Aldi are located nearby for convenient grocery shopping.

Our outdoor experiences — including boating, dolphin encounters, beach activities, snorkeling, and other water-based activities—are weather dependent.

For safety, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or cancel outdoor portions of the experience based on weather and water conditions.

Because Mother Nature has the final say, we encourage you to arrive with flexibility and an open heart.

Every retreat is intentionally designed around the number of guests attending, allowing us to create the most intimate and personalized experience possible. We offer tiered pricing and will adjust venues, experiences and activities according to the total number of guests attending.

We offer tiered pricing for this small, intimate retreat as follows:

Book SOLO - $2,950

Bring a Friend - $2,550 each (save $400 per person)

Three booking together - $2,400 each (save $550 per person)

Full group of 6 booking together - $2,100 each (save $850 per person)

NOTE: We require a minimum of 2 guests for the retreat to take place. If you place a deposit and no one else registers, your deposit will be returned in full.

When you book here and pay $500, that is the DEPOSIT that reserves your spot.

Three weeks prior to retreat start date, we will charge your card on file for the balance... unless you provide an alternate means of payment.

By doing it this way, it saves you a good sum of money in booking fees. :)
