About
All our sweet goats will be dressed in their costumes and you can come dressed up too, if you want! For those that choose to dress up, we will have a costume contest and the winner will win a free Goat Yoga T-Shirt.
This will be a 40 minute instructor led beginner yoga class followed by 20 minutes of snuggles and pics with the goat babies. We will have a fire going (if it's chilly fall weather!) and hot chocolate available.
Our yoga sessions are perfect for beginners...no prior yoga experience required! Yoga mats are provided so all you need to bring is an adventurous spirit.
