Cancellation Policy
Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy:
Up to 48 hours prior to departure time: You can reschedule or cancel for any reason with or without Cancellation Protection for no charge or a full refund if you have already paid.
During the 48 hours prior to departure time: You must have purchased Cancellation Protection at the time of booking to receive a refund minus the cost of Cancellation Protection, which is only 10% of the total booking cost, and the booking fee if applicable.
What if it is raining at the time of my departure? The Gulf Coast is known for pop-up rain and small, short-lived storms that come and go; you will not be refunded for cancellations made due to rain or storms that occur while you are on the water. The only way to reschedule or cancel and receive a refund in the 48 hours prior to departure is to purchase Cancellation Protection. Should we experience bad weather at the time of your departure, and you did not purchase Cancellation Protection, you will be able to reschedule, however, you will not receive a refund. Bad weather is defined as a small craft advisory issued by the U.S. Coast Guard for our operating area, or a severe thunderstorm warning issued by the National Weather Center for our operating area only. We strongly suggest you purchase Cancellation Protection to ensure flexibility and a great time on the water.
